We've spent the last several months building Syntech Super Search — a centralised candidate sourcing engine that lives entirely within our own infrastructure. No third-party portal. No per-seat licence. No compromises on how we work.

Paste any job brief — a client email, rough notes, a formal spec — and the system reads the intent, fires across multiple search sources simultaneously, scores every result against your requirements, and surfaces ranked candidates with AI-generated match summaries. All before a single enrichment credit is spent.

In the coming months we'll be opening a limited external beta — a carefully selected group of recruitment businesses who want early access to the Syntech 2.0 toolset. Super Search is just the start. Several other tools are already in development and internal testing — each one built and proven internally before external release.
This won't be a public launch. It'll be invite-only, hands-on, and built around direct feedback from people who actually recruit for a living.
